The SDP and the non-governmental sector note that during this month
peaceful walks of protest will be organised in several Montenegrin
municipalities due to a "general apology by Montenegro to
Dubrovnik, Croatia and Europe".
Also collected will be signatures in every Montenegrin town so that
each town nominates one street to Dubrovnik. The action began in
Herceg Novi, Tivat, Kotor, Budva and Cetinja, a statement said.
The aim of the action is to forward a public excuse by the
Montenegrin public, remind of the senselessness of Montenegro's
war marsh, serve as a permanent reminder of the full truth about
Dubrovnik as well as to contribute towards normalising and
developing new relations between Montenegro and Croatia.
