ZAGREB, Oct 1 (Hina) - Acting in line with the Constitutional law on cooperation with the Hague-based International Criminal Tribunal for Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and the ICTY's statute and regulations, and observing the deadlines,
the Croatian government on September 27 submitted the first legal remedy, i.e., a request to submit an interlocutory appeal to the Tribunal's warrant for the arrest and hand-over of retired General Janko Bobetko, the Government's Public Relations Office said in a statement on Tuesday.

cooperation with the Hague-based International Criminal Tribunal
for Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and the ICTY's statute and
regulations, and observing the deadlines, the Croatian government
on September 27 submitted the first legal remedy, i.e., a request to
submit an interlocutory appeal to the Tribunal's warrant for the
arrest and hand-over of retired General Janko Bobetko, the

A team of experts has been working on another legal remedy, i.e. an
appeal which will be submitted to the ICTY within the deadline
envisaged in the ICTY regulations (15 days from receipt of the
indictment).
The appeal will include all legally allowed objections to the
content and some parts of the indictment against Gen. Bobetko, the
statement read.
