ZAGREB, Sept 25 (Hina) - The Croatian Social Liberal Party believes that with his address to the nation on Wednesday night regarding the UN tribunal's indictment against General Janko Bobetko, Croatia's President Stjepan Mesic "has
distanced himself from the government, the parliament and a great majority of the Croatian people," a HSLS vice-president, Josko Kontic said on Wednesday night.

that with his address to the nation on Wednesday night regarding the
UN tribunal's indictment against General Janko Bobetko, Croatia's
President Stjepan Mesic "has distanced himself from the
government, the parliament and a great majority of the Croatian
people," a HSLS vice-president, Josko Kontic said on Wednesday

"It was a speech appropriate for a bureaucrat of the Hague-based
tribunal, rather than to the Croatian President," said Kontic, who
spoke on behalf of his party.
