In the period when the Croatia-Slovene relations were sharpening,
the two countries were, at the highest level, solving the issue of
some kind of temporary fishing demarcation, something that in
normal circumstances would be resolved as a technical matter, the
daily said.
The case of Jozko Joras was the icing on the cake at the Slovene-
Croatian vanity fair and so the meeting between the two premiers was
a symbolical leap forward which should stop the incidents. Unless
the calm that was referred to at a press conference by Drnovsek is
not the calm before the storm, the Delo comments on the meeting
between Slovenia and Croatia's premiers.
