Along with criticising the government for its inefficiency, the HDZ
leaders spoke about other current issues.
Responding to a question whether the HDZ supported the possibility
of excluding US citizens from the jurisdiction of the International
Criminal Court, Hebrang said that the US demands should be
understood because their soldiers were fighting aggression and
terrorism and they should not be exposed to possible political
manipulation.
In reference to the Piran Bay border issue, Kosor said that the HDZ
expected the Prime Minister to admit that he was wrong and to come up
with clear answers, to revoke the border agreement he signed with
Slovenia, and to energetically defend Croatia's sovereignty.
