Brejc is also a member of the Council of Europe's parliamentary
committee.
Croatia's incidents in Piran Bay and the arrest of Josko Joras are
the culmination of the unlawful and wilful acts by Croatia's
authorities by which this country crossed the line of permissible,
Brejc said. He added that Croatia was ignoring provisions of
international law and the documents Council of Europe's of which
Croatia is a member.
The Slovene Foreign Ministry, STA reports, on Thursday received a
Croatian official explanation for Joras's arrest.
According to Slovenia's opposition, Croatia's arrest of Joras
maintains the unstable situation in Croatia and is an attempt to
diminish Slovenia's negotiation position ahead of its entry into
the European Union.
