The Federation of Bosnia and Republika Srpska have separate defence
ministries at the entity level.
Bosnia and Herzegovina urgently needs joint security and defence
policies that will be realised through a joint defence ministry and
joint command as well as transparent plans and budget expenditure,
a statement by the HDZ, signed by Covic said.
The Serb member to the Bosnia Presidency, Zivko Radisic, opposed
the proposal put forward by General Sylvester.
