Each potential strategic partner who has been short-listed for the
purchase of the company will have a week's time to inspect in detail
the company's business activities.
On July 22 the Croatian government presented a list of five
companies which had been short-listed as potential strategic
partners, including Austria's OMV, Hungary's MOL, Russia's Lukoil
and ROSNEFT, and Italy's Edison gas.
In the course of due diligence, potential investors will be granted
access to relevant data on the company's business, visit its
production facilities and outlets, and talk to its experts.
The process of due diligence is expected to last until autumn, when
potential partners will submit binding offers, specifying the
amount they are willing to pay for 25% plus one INA share, the
company said.
