Djukanovic told TV Montenegro on Thursday any attempt to
arbitrarily interpret the agreement, which redefines relations
between Serbia and Montenegro, either in the process of drawing up
the constitutional charter or the process of association and
stabilisation, would lead to the annulment of the agreement.
"I hope that the Belgrade Agreement will be interpreted in a fair
manner in the process of drawing up the constitutional charter,"
Djukanovic said, adding that the Montenegrin side had offered "the
most serious text of the constitutional charter".
