ZAGREB, July 3 (Hina) - In resolving the issue of Prevlaka there won't be any Yugoslav corridor and the final agreement on the Croatian southernmost peninsula, Prevlaka, will in no way be unfavourable for Croatia, a high ranking
official in the Croatian Foreign Ministry told Hina on Wednesday. The official was commenting on information that the Prevlaka issue may be resolved with a border line being drawn in the sea through the centre of Boka Kotorka and the establishment of a so-called Yugoslav corridor to the open sea.

The information released by Hina and later the Vjesnik daily
arrived from the edge of intensive negotiations between Serbia and
Montenegro. The information is not current and has no relation to
the negotiations that are proceeding exceptionally well, the
official said.
The source did not wish to disclose any specific details of the
negotiations on Prevlaka but once again highlighted taht the
agreement would certainly not contain anything that could be
damaging to Croatia.
