MOSTAR/TOMISLAVGRAD, June 22 (Hina) - Members of the Herzeg-Bosna Interior Ministry and Tomislavgrad police on Friday evening arrested Ivan Bakovic, convicted for the killing of nine Bosnian Muslims during the war, the spokesman for
the ministry told Hina on Saturday.

Ivan Bakovic, aged 30, a citizen of the Republic of Croatia, has
been at large over last year and a half after a Zagreb court
sentenced him in absentia to 15 years in prison for the killing of
the nine Muslims in the southern Bosnian Tomislavgrad municipality
in 1993.
The spokesman for the ministry said Interpol has issued an arrest
warrant after Bakovic for war crimes.
Also arrested was a suspect of a double murder in Zagreb, Drazen
Gadzo, the spokesman said.
