The radio recalled that the agreement on the nuclear power plant --
which will probably not be realised -- envisaged market, not
investment value in case of negotiations on purchase. The market
value of the plant is significantly lower today, and the value of
the Croatian share will be calculated by subtracting the value of
work and fuel from the value of undelivered electricity in a certain
period, says the radio.
In case of negotiations on purchase, the Slovene side will advocate
the thesis that an agreement was signed, although not ratifies,
which is valid in its financial section, and will not concede to
arbitration, the radio said.
