ZAGREB, June 14 (Hina) - Yugoslavia's minister for minority and ethnic communities, Rasim Ljajic, visited the Croatian parliament on Friday, where he held talks with vice-president Mato Arlovic.

Ljajic and Arlovic pointed to the importance of passing an
agreement on human and national minorities' rights for the
normalisation of and good relations between the two countries,
parliament said in a statement.
Ljajic said the agreement should include the issue of refugee
returns.
Arlovic acquainted the Yugoslav official with the passing of a
constitutional law on the right of national minorities, which the
Croatian parliament should tackle by July 15.
