ZAGREB MARKS WORLD NO TOBACCO DAY

ZAGREB, May 31 (Hina) - The city of Zagreb marked World No Tobacco Day on Friday with a series of events, including medical check-ups, campaigns promoting healthy living, and entertainment programmes. #L# The programme also included the showing of new anti-smoking videos featuring ordinary citizens, former smokers, who warn about the dangers of smoking. Participating in the events were First Deputy Prime Minister Drazen Budisa, President Stjepan Mesic's wife Milka, the wife of the Australian ambassador to Croatia, Enku Kebede Francis, and actor Goran Visnjic.
