ZAGREB, May 9 (Hina) - The Croatian government is satisfied with the

Prime Minister Goran Granic said in a statement on Thursday. #L#
The statement notes that a government representative and the chief
state prosecutor would soon commence talks with the chief
prosecutor of the war crimes tribunal in The Hague regarding future
co-operation between Croatia's State Prosecution and the Tribunal.
This co-operation would consist of the exchange of experience,
information and evidence.
The Croatian government is confident that Croatia's judiciary will
confirm its credibility in all the cases it is assigned through this
form of co-operation as well as its ability to prosecute all war
crimes, the statement says.
The government is particularly interested in processing war crimes
committed in eastern Slavonia in cases where the Hague Prosecution
has more information and evidence than Croatian institutions, the
statement says.
