At the request of the federal prosecutor's office, the police have
taken all measures necessary to press charges against former
interior minister and head of the Agency for Research and
Documentation (AID) Bakir Alispahic and two of his associates,
Limov told reporters.
"Based on the collected evidence, the indictment has been expanded.
The Federation's Supreme Court is expected to decide as to further
steps," he said.
He refused to comment on the fact that the Supreme Court has been
considering the charges for ten days, without deciding on the
arrest of the three men.
Speaking about Bosnia's anti-terrorist activities, Limov said the
bodies of authority treated equally both the Islamic terrorists and
the members of the so-called Ravna Gora Chetnik Movement, or the
frequent bomb attacks in Herzegovina.
"Al-Quaida, whose members stayed in this region, is not the only
problem for us," said Limov.
