The co-signees of the agreement, Serbian Premier Zoran Djindic and
Yugoslav Vice Prime Minister Miroljub Labus, announced in
parliament the signing of the agreement was "the only realistic
solution" taking into account the demands of the international
community and the process of European integration.
They added however, that no one was completely satisfied with the
agreement, due to the fact that it does not take into account a
common market and financial processes.
