ZAGREB, March 20 (Hina) - The Croatian parliament resumed its 20th session on Wednesday. During the session, deputy justice minister Miljenko Kovac said that a government's bill on civil servants and employees in bodies of local
administration and self-government would regulate rights and obligations during employment. The bill also stipulates that a special disciplinary court, which would be established by a county, would be competent for the cases of the violation of official duties, he said. After Tuesday's discussion on a Croatian government report on cooperation with the International Monetary Fund, the parliament obliged the government to inform the parliament of a possible signing of a new stand-by arrangement with the IMF. The arrangement cannot be signed before a discussion in the parliament.
