The Commission made the suggestion on the basis of requests by
county prosecutor's offices.
Rojs is accused of having caused 5.5 million kuna worth of damage to
the government budget through embezzlement while he was an
assistant to the defence minister.
Decak is suspected of having abused office while he was Virovitica-
Podravina County prefect, and encouraged the same crime as
president of the "Mladost" soccer club.
The Commission will inform the parliament in detail about its
suggestion on Thursday.
