president back to prison. Officials, visitors and journalists were evacuated from the building after the fire broke in the ICTY cafeteria. "There will be no Milosevic hearing today," tribunal spokesman Jim Landale said. The Milosevic trial would resume on Wednesday and other hearings at the United Nations-mandated tribunal were set to resume later on Tuesday. The former Yugoslav president, indicted for crimes against
humanity in Croatia and the southern Yugoslav province of Kosovo
