receive representatives of police officers who had not yet been
reallocated to new posts, but cannot offer any new solution. The
police officers have been protesting in front of the Government

"Premier Racan received the protesters and he informed me about the
content of their talks. He suggested the establishment of a
commission which would query each case. However, they refused.
"I can receive these people, of course, but I cannot offer anything
other than had already been offered," Budisa said after the
protesters asked to talk to him.
Some seventy police officers from eight stations began protesting
last Wednesday, demanding that they be returned to work.
