"I am a legalist, court decisions must be respected," Budisa said in
the interview.
The HSLS leader last summer resigned from his post after the party
leadership split over a government decision to meet the request of
the Hague war crimes tribunal for the hand-over of generals
Gotovina and Rahim Ademi.
The HSLS is the second strongest partner in the ruling coalition.
"There is agreement in the coalition that the Constitutional Law on
Cooperation with the Hague Tribunal should be respected. There was
no doubt about that," Budisa said, commenting on the latest talks in
the five-party coalition on a recent government crisis.
