ZAGREB, Feb 21 (Hina) - The Croatian parliament on Thursday resumed its 20th session with a vote on several previously discussed bills and a debate on a draft strategy of national security. The parliament ratified a contract with the
European Investment Bank on a global loan for the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development and a contact on guarantees for a project of reconstruction of state roads. Also confirmed were two protocols that accompany the Convention on Prohibition or Restriction of Certain Conventional Weapons. The session resumed with a debate on a draft national security strategy. Presenting the strategy, Defence Minister Jozo Rados said the document introduced planned governing of national security. The strategy is a permanent document, which should be valid regardless of the change of authority, Rados said calling on the parliament to adopt the document by consensus. The draft is
