ZAGREB, March 20 (Hina) - About 30 laid-off policemen are protesting outside the government's building, demanding of Prime Minister Ivica Racan to receive them and help them to return to their jobs in the Croatian Interior Ministry.
Police representative Filip Lacic told reporters that the government promised in December last year to voice its opinion on their requests to return to their jobs. The government has not as yet voiced its opinion on these requests, he said. Lacic said the policemen were determined to stay outside the government's building until they reach an agreement with the government. The policemen demanded of the Prime Minister to help them return to their jobs.(hina) it
