The 100-page-colour-print weekly, with an initial circulation of
50,000, includes an interview with Steve Hanke, one of the world's
most influential economists, and articles about possible
successors to Economy Minister Goranko Fizulic and development
funds. It also includes an article noting that vacationing on the
Adriatic coast is becoming increasingly expensive, with prices
going up by as much as 60 percent, as well as an article on domestic
companies merging in order to protect themselves from foreign
competition.
The central part of the weekly is a 16-page Business Advisor
section, with questions and answers regarding taxation, customs,
labour legislation and the like.
The weekly will also be sold on the Slovene, Bosnian and Yugoslav
markets.
The editorial staff includes some 30 editors and reporters, the
backbone being reporters who wrote the Business World section in
Zagreb's "Vecernji list" daily and business journalists from a
number of other papers who joined the weekly.
