ZAGREB, Feb 27 (Hina) - The association of employers of craftsmen, small and medium entrepreneurs (UMPH) and the union of small economy and crafts on Wednesday signed a collective agreement for crafts, small and medium enterprise.
Under the agreement, the lowest gross salary for unskilled workers will increase from 1,700 to 2,000 kuna. The lowest gross pay for workers with secondary school qualifications will amount to 2,800 kuna, and to 4,000 kuna for those with a university degree. Compensation for overtime will amount to 25 and 50 percent of the regular hourly wage, depending on the number of extra hours per year, while jubilee prizes, supports, severance pays, Christmas bonuses and holiday cash grants will depend on the possibilities of employers - small entrepreneurs and craftsmen.(hina) np sb
