ZAGREB HNS BRANCH TO RESUME TALKS ZAGREB, Feb 25 (Hina) - The president of the Zagreb Social Democratic Party (SDP) branch, Milan Bandic, has called on representatives of the city's Croatian People's Party (HNS) branch, who failed to
appear for a meeting scheduled for today, to return to the negotiating table and the redefinition of a coalition agreement as soon as possible so that personnel issues, not only those concerning the mayor, but the entire city leadership, could be tackled. SDP representatives believe the failure of representatives of the Zagreb HNS branch to attend today's talks on resolving the crisis in the SDP-HNS city coalition is a temporary "time out" in talks which they believe will not last more than 24 hours.
