WASHINGTON: CROATIAN, U.S. BANKS SIGN AGREEMENT ON UNDERSTANDING WASHINGTON, Feb 14 (Hina) - The Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR) and the U.S. Exim bank signed an agreement on understanding at the Croatian
Embassy in Washington on Wednesday. The agreement was signed by HBOR chairman of the board Anton Kovacev and Exim vice-president Eduardo Aguirre. They said the signing of this document opened a new chapter in the business cooperation between the two institutions, as well as in the financing of export to other markets. Aguirre said the agreement was the result of talks begun in Dubrovnik last year.
