DUBROVNIK DUBROVNIK, Feb 2 (Hina) - The Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) with the European Union is proof that the EU cares about Croatia finding its own place in Europe as well as that the country must be more ready to
cooperate with other countries in the region, a European Parliament member, Doris Pack, said in Dubrovnik on Saturday. Speaking at a lecture, entitled "Croatia and the Stabilisation and Association Agreement with the EU", held at Dubrovnik's Sponza palace this evening, Pack said the SAA was a big step towards the EU and that Croatia, once it met conditions from the Agreement, would be a candidate for admission to the EU. When that will happen depends primarily on Croatian politicians, she said.
