PODGORICA, Jan 11 (Hina) - Serbia and Montenegro have not come closer to an agreement as to the rearrangement of their relations, a member of a Yugoslav expert team discussing the new make-up within the Yugoslav federation said on
Thursday. "There was no political rapprochement" in talks held on Wednesday, Predrag Drecun told Radio Free Europe, adding a "high level of agreement" had been reached only as to the consequences of the federation's break-up. Drecun described as a "curiosity" Montenegrin negotiator Veselin Vukotic's claim that this republic "doesn't need a defence ministry", namely that if independent Montenegro will not have its own armed force.(hina) ha
