PRISTINA, Dec 17 (Hina) - The Serb ministers in the government of Kosovo, Milorad Todorovic and Goran Bogdanovic, said on Wednesday they would not participate in working groups in charge of drawing up plans to implement the document
entitled "Standards for Kosovo".

The ministers said they would not participate in the working groups
until all objections of the Kosovo Serb community to the document
were accepted.
"The standards should be adjusted to the establishment of a
democratic and tolerant society, and not be used to accomplish
Kosovo's independence," Todorovic said.
