Under the government's decision on the housing needs of state
officials and employees, the occupants of flats intended for
official purposes are obliged to vacate those flats within 30 days
from the end of their term of office.
Along with government and ministry officials, the right to use a
state flat is also granted to officials appointed by the president
of the state and parliament, judges and other judicial officials,
and parliamentary deputies with permanent residence outside
Zagreb.
