Strugar will allegedly fly to The Hague aboard a Montenegrin
government plane.
The general surrendered to the UN war crimes tribunal in November
2001 and was released pending trial on 1 December the same year,
after the federal and Montenegrin governments provided guarantees
that he would return to The Hague once summoned.
However, Strugar's arrival in The Hague has been delayed for days,
reportedly due to his health problems, which postponed his trial,
which was to commence on Wednesday.
