Asked about what he expected of the new government regarding the Hague-based tribunal, Mesic said guilt must be individualised adding that collective accusations will stop after concrete people be charged with concrete crimes. "Then we will be able to cooperate with our neighbours of whom we ask, particularly of those guilty for the aggression to help in the individualisation of guilt," Mesic said.
