Thus, all conditions have been met for the publication of the
parliamentary polls' results in the Official Gazette, reads a press
release issued by the Court.
The non-parliamentary party HSP 1861 filed the complaint asserting
that the elections for the Sabor, held in late November, were not
free and fair. The party believes the independent slates and
independent candidates' running in the elections was contrary to
the Constitution's Article 3 which defines the Croatian
constitutional system as a democratic and multi-party system.
