it had received no complaints about the results of the November 23

If no complaints come in by midnight on Friday, the results will be
published in the Official Gazette on Monday and thus become
official, the commission said.
Under the Constitution, a new parliament must be formed within 20
days of publication of the election results in the Official
Gazette.
