Caslav Kostic, Ljubomir Cvjetan, Zoran Tadic and Suad Hasovic were
found guilty of committing war crimes against civilians in Zadar in
1991 and violating the international laws of war.
The four men are beyond the reach of the Croatian judiciary, and
warrants have been issued for their arrest.
