PRISTINA, Nov 19 (Hina) - International peace-keeping forces in Kosovo (KFOR) said in a statement on Wednesday that the security situation in Kosovo and the Balkans has considerably improved over the past few years and that KFOR will introduce a more flexible and efficient regime of activity in keeping with the new situation.
