"We expect the Croatian side to refrain from any actions that may
threaten a negotiated settlement to the border issue in accordance
with provisions of international law that arise from the principle
of peaceful resolution of disputes," the Slovene Foreign Ministry
wrote in a note to the Croatian Embassy in Ljubljana.
