Radio B92 quoted a "well-informed source in the authorities" as
saying that the departure of the Serbian delegation had been
planned for 6 pm today, but that intensive negotiations were
underway between Holkeri and the Serbian Vice-Premier and head of
the Kosovo Co-ordination Centre, Nebojsa Covic, on the
participation of officials from Belgrade in the talks.
Late last night, following Kosovo Prime Minister Rexhepi's
decision not to attend the talks, Holkeri decided that the two
ministers in the Kosovo delegation, including Minister Milorad
Todorovic, should not travel to Vienna either.
Apart from Todorovic, Rusmija Mumdziju, representative of the
Turkish people in the Kosovo government, was to travel to Vienna as
well.
If they leave for Vienna eventually, the Serbian delegation will
include Serbia and Montenegro's President Svetozar Marovic,
Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Zivkovic, Serbian Deputy Prime
Minister Nebojsa Covic, and the Minister of Human and Minority
Rights, Rasim Ljajic.
