The PM said he was ready to talk to Serbia "as well as to all Kosovo
neighbours", but that he would decide "when, how and why the talks
are held".
"The time is not right now, this is not the best way. Kosovo
Albanians need to decide for themselves when the time for talks will
come. We welcome the assistance of the international community for
a successful dialogue," Rexhepi said.
