ZAGREB, Oct 12 (Hina) - Reacting to media comments on Sunday that Prime Minister Ivica Racan used an official vehicle to attend a rally of his Social Democratic Party, the Croatian interior ministry said the PM fell in the category of
protected persons and was, therefore, obliged to have 24-hour protection for all of his activities, including those relating to his party.

parliament, spokeswoman Zinka Bardic said, adding that officials
in every other country enjoyed the same protection, including
