parliament to proclaim a protected ecological-fishing zone in the

Should parliament endorse this proposal, the implementation would
begin a year after the proclamation, Racan said after the
government's closed-door session which discussed the expansion of
Croatia's jurisdiction in the Adriatic Sea.
