Pack said that preventing an ethnic community from using its mother
tongue was an attempt at its assimilation. She said that Bosnian
Croats would leave the country if they were not allowed to hold
classes in the Croatian language.
Speaking at the end of a conference on Europe's expansion in
Sarajevo, Pack said that one year after the elections in the
country, the international High Representative was not allowing
elected deputies to do their job.
She added that the last elections in Bosnia were fair.
