"The EC's request is an inadmissible diplomatic act towards Croatia
and constitutes direct interference in its internationally
recognised rights and pre-election campaign, because Croatia is
still not an EU member," HSP leader Anto Djapic told reporters in
parliament.
He said that his club would request that parliament president
Zlatko Tomcic put their draft proposal on the declaration of an
economic zone on the agenda of next week's parliament session as the
first item. The party said it was ready to resort to obstruction of
the parliament's work if its request was turned down.
