ZAGREB, Sept 26 (Hina) - A vice president of Croatia's parliament, Mato Arlovic, on Friday received Albanian Human Rights Ombudsman Emir Dobjani, the parliament's public relations office said in a statement.

Dobjani told Arlovic that the institution of Ombudsman was
introduced in Albania's constitution in 1998, but that the
ombudsman was already enjoying citizens' trust regarding the
protection of human rights as well as the support of parliament.
Dobjani expressed satisfaction with good cooperation with
Croatia's Ombudsman and the position of the Albanian national
minority in Croatia, the statement said.
Croatian President Stjepan Mesic also received the Albanian
ombudsman.
