The prosecution's spokeswoman Florence Hartmann told Hina that
Novakovic was not on the tribunal's list of war crimes suspects.
Acting on an Interpol warrant, the Macedonian police arrested a
foreign citizen on the border with Serbia and Montenegro on
Thursday. However, the police did not confirm if the arrested was in
fact Novakovic, who eight years ago was sentenced in absence by a
Croatian court to 20 years in prison for attacks on Sibenik.
