Croatian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Natalija Bukovec told Hina
on Friday. #L#
Yesterday afternoon Slovenia sent Croatia a note in which it
accepts Croatia's initiative for the meeting, said Bukovec. She
recalled that Croatia had suggested the meeting be held between
deputy foreign ministers but Slovenia agreed to a meeting between
heads of the foreign ministries' departments for international
law.
At the meeting Croatia will outline its positions regarding the
possible proclamation of the economic zone, but it is too early to
say what one could expect from the meeting, Bukovec said.
Slovenia's Foreign Ministry has said the proclamation of the
economic zone is a complex and demanding issue.
Croatia proposed holding the meeting on Sept. 5.
