"Even though Croatia is not a nuclear power it plays an important
role as a member of a group of countries which have ratified the
Treaty and represent its moving force," the minister said at the
U.N. seat in Vienna.
Picula highlighted the importance of the Treaty for world security
and called on countries which have not signed it yet to do so as soon
as possible so that it could be ratified and put into force.
