shipyard is Ognjen Antunac, according to a decision which the
supervisory board of this ailing company made on Monday. #L#
Yesterday, the board's members, who communicated in writing,
accepted a decision on relieving Damir Vrhovnik of duty as the
shipyard's director, and appointed Antunac as his successor. The
decision to terminate Vrhovnik's employment on 31 August was made
by consent. As of 1 September, Antunac will be at the helm of the
company for the next four years.
